Stayed there with my family last week. Great food, staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms are small, food was great super breakfast too. Boys loved the evening entertainment the entertainment crew were amazing. Jacuzzi was cold and sauna wasn't very hot either. I would definitely stay again. It's a short 4 minute walk to the drag lift and then your up the slopes and away.

It’s an an overall good experience. I travel each year to a different ski resort in the French Alps and we enjoyed our experience. The rooms are better than average. In my opinion bigger than other hotel groups and comfortable. The buffet when the hotel is full can be hard to find food and sometimes staff doesn’t refill specially if the time to close is getting near. The quality is good with some days better than others. The chef at the restaurant is super unfortunately when he is not around things tend to be not so good. One last word to the entertainment team they are the best. Each evening a different show and the care with children was amazing. Overall a very good experience.

Very average, considering a ‘4 star’ hotel. Rooms are small, decent showers and bathrooms though. Doors in our rooms which can be opened into adjacent rooms with ease of noise transfer as a result. Food is so so. Reception closed during the middle of the day on our first arrival and no one to speak to or get ski equipment so wasted half a day. No where to relax in the evenings without children entertainment happening. Also ‘spa access’ has to be booked in advance, which we were told on arrival was fully booked up for the rest of the week. Showers in spa had brown slime floating around near plug holes. I can’t recommend it sadly.
