Our experience has been fantastic. Friendly staff doing their best, have been very accommodating Food has been good for the budget and the foodservice very efficient. Easy access to the snow. We have enjoyed a very nice week here. Some other reviews regarding food here being like a canteen are misguided. Firstly, it’s way better than that. And secondly, you have to have appropriate expectations for a restaurant serving hundreds of people in a short time. And always with a smile. For the budget, for the location, for the friendly staff and quality of food. 5-stars effort.

Dated hotel very basic but clean, boot room heaters didn't work but think maintenence were there last day to fix and also way to small for size of hotel, unable to book the hot tub not enough of them only 2 for the size of the hotel, no chairs in room so had to sit on the bed. Entertainment in hotel all french not very geared up for the english. Staff we're lovely and the buffet food was good except a few strange combinations on a few nights. Also found out from another guest you could pay and upgrade to all inclusive drinks for about €100 but not told by hotel or rep. Wouldn't go there again just as expensive as a catered chalet but without the luxury!

Rooms are small (family room for 2 adults and a child) was just a room with 3 single beds in... Great with a 3 year old. Food was never hot/warm gave myself and other guests stomach issues all week and finally food poisoning for my dad on the last night so was sick on his way home. Pool was freezing 23degC. Everything seemed like it was done for maximum cost efficiency. Massive party till 1am on the Saturday night and we had an early transfer (6am) the next morning. Only plus sides were the rooms were clean and the Anim entertainment crew were brilliant especially with our daughter. 5 star for the entertainers.
