I was really happy with the overall experience of the hotel. The ski in and ski out was great. There was a large variety of food that you can fill up on after a long day of skiing. The staff were excellent and very friendly. The rooms were decent. My only complaint was the cleanliness of the cutlery and plates, sometimes you had to look around for clean plates. Other than that it was a great stay at this hotel!
The hotel benefits from an excellent location, situated right next to a gentle slope ideal for beginners (equivalent to a green run) to access the main ski area where all the lifts and ski school are located. However, beyond the convenient ski-in, ski-out access, many aspects of the stay were disappointing. Starting with the food, dinner was consistently unappetizing—more a necessity than a pleasure. The rooms were small and very basic with paper thin walls. For example, despite having a double bed, only one pillow per person was provided (although more provided upon request). The bathroom layout was inconvenient, with the toilet in a separate area from the shower, making it awkward to use. Additionally, towels were not replaced daily for free, requiring guests to manage their own, and the overall cleanliness left much to be desired. While some rooms feature balconies, this was not the case for our room. Moreover, the room heating was inadequate, although the temperature remained just about comfortable. Breakfast options were simple and lacked variety, leaving much room for improvement. Fortunately, I did not opt for the full board, which allowed me to seek better lunch options elsewhere and avoid the poor dinner quality. In summary, this is a two-star hotel that I would not recommend unless you have no other choice.
I was charged €200 without reason after checking out. I was not involved in any damage or group behavior, yet the hotel refused to refund me. They apply collective punishment and ignore individual rights. Avoid this place if you care about fair treatment and accountability.
