This hotel is in the perfect location for an overnight stay with plans to travel out of the Brussels Zuid/Midi station. It is a block away. I would like to recognize two staff members for going out of their way to help us when something came up. The desk clerk, Hifed, and the chef, Brahim, went above and beyond. Thank you so much!
I recently stayed at Concorde for just one night, and it was a nice experience. The bed was comfortable, the room and bathrooms were impeccably clean and the hotel staff was extremely attentive and kind. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a pleasant stay. Had no problem with street noises at night (and I was in the first floor).
The hotel is destroyed from the inside, the heating was at maximum and did not heat the room. The receptionist was friendly but a man who spoke with propriety was very rude. I paid €105 for one night. In other circumstances I wouldn't have even paid €20 and the worst thing was the pillows smelled like cigarettes.
