Hôtel Costa Salina

This place saved us after we had to get last minute accommodation, absolutely beautiful hotel with lovely breakfasts, very clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They were delightful! Also a lot of the receptionists speak English so I really recommend the hotel for English visitors. I miss the hotel and staff already!

We would like to warmly thank Ester, who welcomed us as if we were in her own home. She was proactive, responsive, and as we like to say — not only did she go the extra mile for the guest, she did it with an extra smile! Her attitude and responses were truly professional. Everything was absolutely perfect apart from the bar. Hotel was spotless, staff were very friendly and helpful especially who we think was the hotel manager (didn’t get the ladies name), location was perfect. The bar is outside next to the pool, we had asked the lady on the bar before we ordered if we could have our drinks by the pool, to which she said yes, only to come back 5 mins later and tell us that this wasn’t possible, annoying but could’ve been a language barrier issue. But she then took nearly 20 mins to make 2 drinks, despite myself & my husband being the only 2 people there.
