From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the hotel's stunning design — a unique blend of French Indochine charm and mountain chic. The interior is full of character, with thoughtful details at every turn. Our room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and offered breathtaking views of the Sapa landscape. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety, and the spa and pool areas were a true retreat after a day of exploring. Special thanks to Brian and the lobby team for their warm welcome and helpful assistance throughout our stay. We also appreciated San from the security team, who was always attentive and courteous. Overall, a wonderful experience that we would definitely recommend.

The hotel has a beautiful design and is very clean. I especially loved the colorful room — it was so pretty! I stayed during Christmas and the decorations were amazing, really festive and gorgeous. Breakfast had lots of variety and the view from the hotel is stunning — you can see the whole city from above. The staff were super friendly and helpful. I even left my phone at the lobby when I went out, and when I came back they had kept it safe for me. Overall, such a great stay. Highly recommend!

Stylish hotel with great service We had a lovely stay at Hotel de la Coupole. The design is absolutely stunning, with every detail thoughtfully crafted to reflect both elegance and local culture. The atmosphere throughout the hotel feels refined yet welcoming. Service was also a highlight — everyone we met was kind and attentive.
