The hotel is newly built and beautifully designed, offering modern and clean accommodations. What stood out to me the most was the friendly and welcoming front office staff, who provided excellent service throughout our stay. One of the highlights was the warm saltwater swimming pool, which is 1.4 meters deep—ideal for families with teenagers. It provided a relaxing and safe environment for both adults and kids to enjoy. Overall, Hotel De l’amour Tam Đảo offers great value with its prime location, stylish interiors, and top-notch hospitality. Highly recommended for families and couples alike!

Stay in Hotel on 12/3/2025 with Hanoi Daewoo Hotel Management Team for one night.. Definitely the best hotel in Tam Dao with spacious lobby with nice set up to welcome you during arrival and our arrival greeted by a friendly and warm hotel General Manager - Mr. Đoàn Tuần Hai. Well appointed / set up of guest room and spacious with amenities and nice bathroom. The bed is so comfy and the room cleanliness is excellent. During dinner great service provided by the service staff however the food can be improved in particular the beef served to us during dinner - overcook, the satay sauce for chicken skewer to much lemongrass taste and overpower the peanut taste. Thank you for organizing my Suhoor / early breakfast at 4.00am in the room it was great but to much for me. Overall great stay, thank you to the General Manager - Mr. Đoàn Tuần Hai and hotel staff for taking care of our group during our stay here.. will come back again. Excellent Service ⭐️

Great place to stay, beautiful views, good rooms, great beds, great facilities, beautiful swimming pool and lovely food. The staff will do everything to make this stay as comfortable as possible. Very friendly and exceptional hospitality! Everything you could wish for! Especially for the lovebirds 🙂 Update: my motorbike had a flat tire when I was preparing for departure and the service crew immediately arranged a tire repair kit & compressor. Within just 15 minutes I was up and running again! I was deeply amazed by this level of service; just wanting the best for their hotel guests. I felt blessed and so thankful for these heroes! Absolutely the best 😍
