My friend Vickie and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hotel de Varenne. The rooms were very comfortable with good beds and pillows and a good size bathroom. Breakfast was served in the indoor dining area or out on their outside patio and was very nice. Vickie particularly enjoyed the wonderful freshly baked chocolate croissants and delicious hot chocolate. We were expecting a buffet breakfast, but it was served to us, which was very nice. The hotel is in a good location in an area that is not real busy. We were able to walk to many places or easily take the metro nearby for our days of sightseeing in Paris. The hotel staff was wonderful. I communicated with them a lot before our stay, especially with Margot and she was always very responsive. They were able to make restaurant recommendations and book tables for us, as well as booking a wonderful Eiffel Tower at night tour at a reasonable price. My primary contact was Margot who was wonderful, very helpful and very personable. During our stay, both Oliver and Alex were also great and we enjoyed chatting with them. I highly recommend Hotel de Varenne and their staff.
Absolutely darling hotel in a perfect location. Quiet, elegant and with a very charming and supportive staff. The loveliest breakfast room, lobby, and guest rooms. I will not think of going anywhere else when I return to Paris. I'm so grateful to the wonderfully professional staff that made my visit to Paris extraordinary.
Stayed here for 3 nights while in Paris. Great location for what we were interested in seeing. Felt very Parisian. They had double doors so the rooms were quiet, and the room we stayed in was facing the courtyard. Rooms were slightly dated and could use a touch up around the edges.
