Hôtel Diana Restaurant & Spa by Happyculture

My partner and I stayed at Hotel Diana and Spa in Molsheim this August, and we had such a lovely time. The saunas and the pool were definitely our favorite parts, very relaxing.The breakfast was really nice too, quiet and peaceful. The location was super convenient, we could also park the bikes in the courtyard; and I really enjoyed the interesting interior style of the rooms and other spaces. It’s a great spot for a calm and cozy getaway :)

My company organized a training last week on Hotel Diana. We were a very complicated group. People coming and going, dates changing, number of participants changing everyday, allergies, alimentary restrictions non communicated, etc. The Hotel team was amazing. The event organizer Mme Anauld did an excellent job, was available for us all the time and make things work. The food was super good served on time and respecting our agenda.

Whilst we enjoyed our few nights stay, the location of the hotel and the indoor pool and sauna were great, there were some aspects of the hotel that need improving. The shower floor was extremely slippery and felt unsafe, the toilet was separate to the bathroom in a very dark, unappealing, small room and after two nights we had to speak to reception late in the afternoon to get fresh towels as we had been swimming each day, the bin emptied and the refreshments stocked up as there was no sign of house keeping. Finally, when checking in and paying the hotel tax, the credit card machine asked if we wanted to leave a tip for the reception staff, which was minutes into our stay and completely inappropriate.
