Hôtel du Cheval Blanc

We were a little dubious at first when booking this hotel, however, there was no need at all. What an absolute gem of a find. A wonderful hotel, in a very accessible location yet away from the hustle and bustle of the city, with wonderful staff and wonderful food. And, it was absolutely spotless. 5 of us stayed in 1 room (at the very top) and there was not a blow up bed in sight. We slept well, ate well and parking was easy. 12 min drive to Disney. Staff were great with the kids too. The food was amazing and at a reasonable price point. Drinks were reasonable too. Cant wait to go an visit this hotel again

Hello to all the Cheval blanc staff, I have been meaning to write this review since we have stayed at your beautiful and charming hotel but life is hectic these days and haven’t gotten the chance to do it earlier! Where do I start? The hotel is a charming good size hotel yet very cosy ambiance which I love! From the outside, you think it’s an auberge which is an inn/ hostel look but once you step foot inside you are welcomed with a modern , clean and slick look! I loved the cute reception that had a beautiful silver horse figurine and all the staff at the reception was very warm, welcoming and professional. I’m sorry I forgot their names but was welcomed at night by a nice originally Iranian person that walked us all the way to the room and helped me with my luggage. The next morning, the receptionist from Spain I believe Nicholas was his name was very knowledgeable and helpful! We enjoyed everything at the hotel from a spacious room thar accommodated 2 adults and 3 children. the room had 2 queen beds and a sofa bed. The amenities in the room were very good ranging from good coffee machine with coffee and tea served with my favorite French cookies from my childhood. The toiletries were very good quality products made in Paris unlike junk soap and shampoo you find in other hotels. The hotel location is superb 10 min from Bussy-Saint-Georges where you can take the metro to Paris( Euro Disney line). Across the street, there is a cute coffee shop and café. Next door to it , there is a small convenient store that has even French baguette and croissant super yummy! Also the hotel is around 15 min from Euro Disney and 10 min from Val d’Europe a huge shopping mall with tons of stores, restaurants and cafés! We also tried their restaurant for breakfast and lunch. Breakfast wasn’t too fancy but hit the spot , viennoiseries( plain croissants, chocolate croissants , pain aux raisins ( bread with raisins) ) , Yummy jams , fruit, Ham and cheese, boiled eggs, some veggies and yogurt, I might have forgotten few items… oh yeah cereal, honey , fruit salad! We also tried Le bistro du cheval blanc , we ordered steak and green beans it was delicious in a very flavorful gravy sauce. Service was top notch and prices were very reasonable. The manager checking on us regularly goes to show the outstanding customer service at this hotel. Thank you Hotel Le Cheval blanc for an awesome and pleasant stay, we will indeed come back again! The location and room were good. The staff was very unfriendly at the breakfast. The breakfast itself was very expensive for what you get. By 7:45 am, most of it was no longer available. We forgot our headphone in the room when we left. We quickly tried to contact the accommodation but they responded that they didn’t found him. We are 100% sure we left him in the room under the bed. Communication did not go smoothly and we are therefore not helped.
