A hotel renovated with high-quality materials!! A major drawback since the takeover of the establishment, which was led by a hateful, dishonest owner with no professionalism. We so miss Christophe and Virginie, the former managers who took great care of their guests, were impeccably clean, and not to mention their simply exceptional breakfasts. We won't be back as long as the management remains the same. According to the receptionist, it seems that new management will be in place for 2026!! Ruby
So it's not a hotel, it's the thermal baths of Balaruc les Bains Great, we are very well taken care of there with care that is good and people who always welcome you with a smile from the great physiotherapists in mobilization especially Théo he is at the top always smiling he puts a smile on your face and takes great care of his patients well done keep it up 😁
A small hotel very well located on a lively shopping street in the center of Balaruc. The well-equipped comfort room, clean with very comfortable bedding, we slept very well. Breakfast taken in the bar opposite the Central with a very welcoming and smiling waitress, we also had a good affordable meal there. I recommend this hotel which has good value for money. We will come back.
