Huge potential let down by dated and tired decor. The hotel is in a superb location and the breakfast and staff are fantastic. It is however in desperate need of refurbishment; the terrace is filthy with broken sun lounges and planters filled with weeds. The furniture is functional but dated. If these were updated it would be an amazing hotel, but the price would be alot more.
Hotel needs to be renovated. It is visible that the installations are old and not well kept. Doors damaged, carpets old and dirty. The bed was average and the water coming from the shower was weak and shower head was too short. Breakfast was also not on the level of a 4-star hotel. Staff was friendly, especially during the breakfast. Check-in was slow with too much bureaucracy and with an inconvenient lady manager. The pool is huge, but the water was not so warm during our stay, so not so pleasant to stay inside. The location is amazing, the view from the hotel is wonderful.
The first room smelled quite badly and was not clean. The headboard was stained. The hallway carpets were stained and appeared to never have been cleaned. Our room had stained and damaged carpet. The shower was tiny with a curtain that clung to our legs. This is a 2 star hotel at best.
