A very pleasant experience in this hotel, very spacious rooms at a good price, which you can find in other places as well as an apartment at much higher prices. The spa area offers you 4 hours of relaxation at a very good price, and for those who are passionate about golf it is the perfect place. The position of this hotel also benefits those who are passionate about water sports and swimming, being located next to the lake

THERE IS NO SPA INCLUDED. Just know that you're paying almost 400$ for a too spacious room with no amenities. Ultimately, I found it to be really disappointing for a 4-star hotel. The money isn't worth it for what they offer!!! It didn't feel like I was at a 4-star hotel. There was only the gym that was included in the amenities. There's a spa that costs additional money EVEN THOUGH most of the photos of the hotel features the spa. The pictures of the pools were THE reason why we booked the place. Had we'd known, we would have stayed at a cheaper accomodation and access the spa for the day. There was not even a discount at the spa for patrons... Disappointing. FOOD: No free teas given in bedrooms. You have to reserve for the hotel restaurant but when I tried to go there for lunch, not only did they not respond but they did not called me back so we ended up going to another place outside the hotel. I asked to have a kettle to boil water for my tea and the receptionist said "you know you have hot water from the bathroom sink, right?"... Ridiculous! Other disappointments: the pillows were so thin, the tv was not working (we could only access 3 channels), no Netflix or any smart tv. The bedrooms have no warmth, it's just a modern vibe with no soul. Oh and the people at the reception are unprofessional for a 4-star hotel (and some of them are literally children...). I would recommend going to a cheaper accomodation instead if you want to have a better quality-price. Great view though

Did the package getaway. The server in our dinner came back to our table and asked us if we had a good time, we said yes. Then she followed by asking then why did you not tip in a rude upsetting manner? Keep in mind we got the getaway package that comes included with food and GRATITUDE, so we did not pay for food nor needed to tip, we did however added $4 in add ons extra and she came back and asked why we didn’t tip on the extra $4. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. Never coming back.
