We stayed at Hotel du Louvre with our other party in July. This is an exceptional, five-star hotel. The hotel staff were very attentive, and the hotel rooms (river view) were lovely. Beds were very comfortable, including high thread count linens and nicely decorated. Room, housekeeping, and laundry service were excellent. The hotel was centrally located near Louvre Museum, shops, and more! Edouard (Manager), Theo, and Thomas were beyond attentive to ensure our stay in Paris was one to remember!
We are still staying at this hotel, and I just can’t wait to leave this review! This is a wonderful hotel, and it’s the people who make it truly exceptional. Everything was perfect from the very first word – the staff are incredibly attentive, caring, and genuinely welcoming. To work this way, you must truly love your job and people, and I sincerely hope they receive a bonus for every positive Google Maps review. Thank you – you leave an unforgettable impression! A very special thank you for the beautiful birthday surprise for my boyfriend – you brought a cake and balloons, and it was such a heart-warming gesture. On top of the exceptional service, there’s also a delicious breakfast, spotless rooms, and a beautifully designed interior. Thank you for everything!
I stayed here in December 2024 using reward nights. I would say this hotel has given me the best experience as a Globalist so far. Immediately upon check in everything was fantastic, the staff were very helpful and friendly. We were given an upgraded room with extra bed as requested beforehand. On the first night we came back to find a bottle of wine with glasses, a box of fancy chocolates, and a handwritten note from management. The room itself was very clean and fairly spacious, with a view of a city courtyard. The breakfast buffet was great and complementary with status, though unfortunately I did not get to try the bar or any other meals/restaurants at the hotel. The location is great and within walking distance of several landmarks and tourist attractions. They also helped us arrange a taxi to the airport for our departure. I would strongly consider staying here again if I ever return to Paris.
