It is a small cozy hotel but at a superb location. Hotel is very clean and i was amazed with the room styles. Comparatively quite small but it feels very well maintained and clean. The staffs are super friendly and helpful. Love to chat and no matter who you are, you feel welcomed. They won't hesitate for the extra mile. 😊👍🏼
Loved this hotel. Nice and simple. Good service and kind people. 2 minute walk from Eiffel tower. Only downside was that the hairdryer kept stopping working and was quite weak, and the shower was always leaking , the water pressure was very strong.
Despite the hotel's excellent location, I was underwhelmed by the service. The bathrooms were not adequately stocked with essentials like vanity sets, and towels were not properly folded or replaced. Moreover, the hotel imposed a charge of 5 euros per bottle of water without prior notification. When I questioned this, the hotel's justification was that "nothing is free". Given the hotel's premium pricing, I found this reasoning to be unpersuasive.
