Hôtel Eldorado

We arrived on Monday and were warmly greeted. Our room is simply perfect, with a lovely private terrace overlooking the garden restaurant. The decor (some have said it is quirky) is beautiful, the walls are not wallpaper but beautiful heavy linen with the pattern matching perfectly. I’ve no idea how this is achieved in the corners. Curtains match. Gorgeous luxury bathroom with marble floors. Comfortable bed. Perfect. We had a super meal in the garden, very relaxing and fun. The hotel is close to the Metro making it easy to get around. Several local bars and restaurants near by if you fancy a change. A real Birthday treat for me. Thank you to everyone here we don’t want to go home !

This hotel is a gem. If you like an intimate boutique feel off the mainstream areas, you’ll love this! The hotel is recently renovated and the interior garden/restaurant is so pretty. Our room is small, bathroom is large, decor is amazing and linens and mattress luxurious! We did get a triple room (for 3 os us) which entailed an air mattress not a proper bed, but the teen using it finds it comfortable. The breakfast dining at hotel is expensive but there are dozens of places just outside the door to choose from. The metro is 3 minutes away. We are lucky to have found this and are thrilled to be away from the tourist/traffic bustle and sleeping in this very charming and beautiful hotel w the loveliest staff. I’d recommend this hotel and this location over any other area we toured during our week in Paris. This neighborhood feels more like a real Paris neighborhood than a tourist destination. Can’t recommend highly enough! We will be returning here for sure.

Staying at Hotel Eldorado was truly a delight. The rooms are lovingly decorated with thoughtful details, e.g. curtains with the same pattern as the rugs. The bathroom was especially impressive – traditional and stylish at the same time. The scent of the hotel’s cosmetics – absolutely dreamy! The air conditioning was pleasantly subtle yet effective, and the soundproof windows ensured a peaceful night’s sleep, despite the hotel’s wonderfully central location. Speaking of location – one can reach all the must-see spots in Paris with ease. While I didn’t get a chance to try the restaurant, it looked fantastic. And the cozy courtyard, a true oasis in the city. Very charming place, when in Paris I will come again.
