First the hotel is nice but I want to mention two employees Ibrahim the bartender or the restaurant guy it was super nice very friendly easy going helpful and the cleaner lady of room 416 very friendly very clean those two employee 10 starts well deserve it I would love to thank them for the hospitality

Overall okay hotel, not exactly what I envisioned based on the entrance. The entrance and outside is beautiful, but as you go deeper, it's really just okay. I felt as if I were being catfished 🙁 But I wouldn't say to never come here.

for Asian tourists, don't stay at this hotel, they only serve European tourists and local Moroccan tourists, they deliver tea, etc. Meanwhile for Asian tourists, we asked for tea, only he pointed with his finger. when we asked for eggs, with a sour face he took them, they didn't restock the eggs, we could only eat carbohydrates, even though it was a 4 star hotel. For hotel management, please evaluate the waiters Meriem and Musthafa, they are very, very unfriendly, not worthy of being a waiter at restaurants. Only after we called and told them that we were staying in a junior suite, the service changed, it became very friendly, earlier he gave us eggs with a sour face, now he offered eggs and fruit again. I have never felt that the service at a 4 star hotel was this bad. You must evaluate all the staff at the restaurant, especially Meriem and Musthafa
