Fantastic suite for a great price! Unfortunately the staff (or the Manager in particular) wasn’t reasonable. I had missed my flight due to adverse weather in Europe and emailed to discuss a solution in person. When I arrived, the staff at the desk said it would be possible to switch my booking for an extra night; I need only speak to the Manager the following day. AMEX, which I booked it through, said they would defer to the establishment also. Unfortunately, the Manager didn’t even wait for me to finish the request before a blanket refusal, and then wouldn’t engage in further conversation. I checked out immediately. The restaurant staff were super friendly, as were the other desk staff. Shame about senior staff.
Stayed here three nights whilst on a work trip. Service was very good and the room I had was excellent. Prices for drinks are really overinflated and food is not cheap either. Paying for convenience is one thing, but paying 10 times the shop price for a bottle of water is ridiculous. Not sure how they can justify that one!
Not so good.. There are cockroaches in bed and room No proper cleaning, you can actually see the white dust in floor and even after informing no action. No restaurant on walk-in distance, it's all residential area Not recommended
