Hôtel Hiro

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Paris! The location was perfect. A special thank you to the amazing staff—especially David at front desk—who went above and beyond to help every guest. Their friendliness and professionalism truly made the experience memorable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Paris!

Hotel was amazing, location is near metro and buses. Rooms are small but cozy. Welcoming room and breakfast area looks great! Staff was great, especially Jaman and cute lady in the breakfast area…but the guy who was working on 23.05.2025 night shift was not so great. He was rude, impolite and judging, but his espresso was more important than welcoming the guests ;)

The location is excellent—just a 5-minute walk to the Arc de Triomphe and the beautiful Champs-Élysées. There are plenty of good restaurants in the area. The hotel is well-maintained, clean, and tastefully decorated with artistic touches. The staff are very friendly, and most of them speak English (though it’s always appreciated if you start the conversation with a bit of French—respect their language and culture!). My favorite staff members were David and Nader. They also have a spa that you can book and use for free, which was incredibly relaxing after walking several kilometers every day in lovely, beautiful Paris. A few minor downsides: the room was a bit small, and breakfast isn’t included (it’s around €20), though there’s a coffee machine in the room with plenty of coffee pods, which was a nice touch.
