Hôtel Hor Europe

At this price point, this is a superb hotel! Being right next to Gare du Nord, every shop/service that you may need is within walking distance. While the room may be small compared to more expensive hotel, the layout of the room was very clearly planned to maximise space such that we never felt it to be cramped. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. Not to mention the free coffee at the lobby!

This was our second visit to this hotel, the location, air condition room, buffet breakfast selection is excellent and with the ever helpful 'Alim' in attendance looking after your every need, the start to each day is perfect. Location is just a few minutes' walk from Gare du Nord and Gare de L'est stations and even less to bus stops and metro. Hot drinks are available 24 hours in the lounge area and all-inclusive in the room price - excellent pick me up after a busy day. Rooms are air conditioned, quiet, and well maintained.

From our arrival to when we left, Alistair and all the reception staff included housekeeping, were friendly and very helpful. They met us with a bonjour and smile on every interaction. Hotel Hor Europe rooms are designed with features that maximise the space to accommodate luggage and movement around the bed. Our room and bathroom were fitted with modern fittings, and they were very clean and well maintained. The hotel is perfectly positioned to Gare de Nord and Gare de Est and metro lines. The hotel has a lift. Access to pharmacies, grocery stores, cafes, restaurants, and bakeries only meters away. Once you enter the doors, you find yourself in a quiet, comfortable foyer with areas to relax, including a pleasant outdoor garden area. Guests are invited to help themselves to coffee or tea in this area throughout the day. We would definitely recommend this delightful hotel.
