Hôtel la Magnaneraie

I had an amazing experience here . From Annecy to Avignon i was met with such wonderful hospitality thanks to theo in the evening and the beautiful Mira in the reception in the morning . The room was one of the beat i had stayed on in terms of comfort. Warmth and room . I had a bath that made me feel welcomed and relaxed . The dinner was of local Cuisine and one of the best meals i have had whilst ly stay in France . I highly recommend this delightful charming hotel .

Cute OLD former house, cozy warm interior and courtyard. Friendly staff. a little walk to the town center. Great dinner and breakfast. Bedroom had an off odor on entry but you quickly forgot it. Room was quiet!

This was my third visit, what an awful dirty experience.i used this hotel for a refresh and sleep for my onward journey to England. However I was unable to shower due to the dirty shower. The toilet had urine stains, grubby paint work, thick dust on doors stains on the ceiling hairs and dust on lights stains on furniture... I complained to reception and they told me I couldn't change rooms as they where fully booked and because I had sat on the bed and there was no cleaner. However as you can see from the pictures you can see a reception staff trying to clean the bathroom, so I'm unsure as to why i couldn't change rooms he said I could swap rooms if there was a cleaner???? Never again will i stay here I feel awful and un refreshed. I complained to reception and they said sorry, do i want breakfast, obviously cleanliness isnt an issue for them.
