This hotel is lovely! The staff are so kind and attentive, they were very helpful when checking in and sent someone up promptly when our safe wasn’t working. Hotel rooms were perfect size for my daughter and I and we had a great view! The breakfast was substantial but the huge selection of cheese’s, pastry’s, and fruit was wonderful! Eggs and bacon not so good. Another plus, right next to a metro station! Elevator takes forever.
We stayed at Hôtel Le 209 Paris Bercy during a family trip to Paris, and overall it was a good experience. The hotel is modern and clean. The location is super convenient — right next to a metro station, so getting around was easy. The room was on the smaller side (pretty typical for Paris), but cozy enough for us. Beds were comfy. Overall, a solid place to stay if you’re looking for a clean, modern hotel with easy access to public transport. Great for short family city trips.
Solid hotel with kind staff and nice rooms. The price we got the room at was a little high, but it was a last minute booking in Paris, in late July (not surprising). There was a lot of confusion and minor issues (on our part mostly) not helped by the fact that the receptionist was both new and spoke little English. Amazing shower.
