Hôtel Le Diamond Rock

We spent a week at the Hôtel Le Diamond Rock. This is a great hotel. Everybody is very friendly, great service at the ski room and in both restaurants. When we had a major problem with transportation, the folks at the reception were very helpful. For some, the rooms of the hotel are overheated but the windows of the rooms can be easily cracked open. Food is great, portion size adequate. Good choices at the breakfast. If you can afford it, this is a great place to stay. True ski in and ski out hotel. No shlepping of skis, no mini busses. Skiing is very good. Did not try the jacuzzi or the pool. Gym is sort of minimalistic but I was the only one using it.

Staying at Le Diamond Rock hotel in Tignes Le Lac made our experience in Tignes exceptional. The attention to detail, the anticipation of your needs as a guest and going that extra mile was totally refreshing. The breakfast was the best I’ve had in a long time, To have professional properly hospitality trained staff who actually care for once was so refreshing. Jojo was the icing on the cake, it made our trip super special. Well done team we’ll be back xx

Hi, the hotel was good but stay away from the sell up on insurance when you check in. Unfortunately we did need to make a small claim for ski passes etc during our trip and we were told that the hotel would sort out the claim but has since ignored our request for an update. Looking back, it seems like a scam.
