Loved everything about this hotel. Got two rooms to accommodate my family of 4. Excellent service, rooms were immaculate. Balcony was a nice touch. Location was perfect for anyone wanting to be central and near Champs Elysee. The windows and doors remove all exterior sounds. Double pane glass on the exterior balcony doors and it works very well. Definitely coming back to this hotel again!!!
We had a wonderful experience at this hotel, and I’d like to especially thank Pascal for his outstanding professionalism and kindness. When we mentioned that we chose this hotel to celebrate our wedding anniversary, he went above and beyond by offering us an early check-in and a complimentary room upgrade. The hotel is 10 minutes walk from Champs-Élysées. There is a temporary road construction next to the hotel, in the morning we had to close the windows because of the noise. The rooms are small, but more or less comfortable. The bathroom and shower need updating and restoration. The breakfasts are good, but not amazing. There is a small self-service bar in the lobby. Good for those who value the location in this particular part of the city.
