Room/location was great. Service, not so much. The cleaning staff were very nice and came to my room halfway through my stay to ask if we needed anything. On the other hand, staff at the front desk had no idea what they were doing. I was charged 3 separate times during my stay. Our room fan/ac wasn’t working & our room card also stopped working twice so I had to go get new ones both times. Terrible experience.

Would have given 5 stars but : 1. There’s no pool, 2. had to pay 100$ just to keep my dog even tho she’s an emotional support animal and THEY CANT Refuse her but they still did. 3. I hate the bathroom door because there’s a small gap where people can see what you’re doing and I hated it. 4. Spa was not so great. 5. NO BREAKFAST INCLUDED.

I don’t even know where to start. This is a $140 a night hotel not a $280 per night hotel. So this place seems like a reconditioned office building. There’s no direct access to the front desk from the ground floor. You have to go outside and around the restaurant, through the restaurant or up to the second floor and down to the reception area. The side doors that give access to the to the first floor are accessible by anyone. No security card needed to get in. My room with 2 double beds had two causal chairs and a desk chair in front of the tv. We had no table. Every room we saw inside of as we walked by had a table. Front desk told us a table was under the desk (to pull out) but we didn’t have one. So when one of us ate at the desk in front of the tv the other 2 people had to eat on the bed with the tv blocked. The wide open area near the windows with the missing table had a collection of dust accumulating. The ice bin didn’t have a plastic bag. Now let’s get to the bathroom. Not sure if you like privacy or if you like the people you’re staying with hear you urinate, poop and fart. Well they will. They will also probably see you as well. The Frosted glass barn sliding door with the hotel logo is just enough to see you sitting on the toilet and open enough for all to hear. The good thing is there are several private bathrooms all around the hallways if you need privacy. As for the tv everyone around us is trying to connect wirelessly to the tv. I can’t tell you the number of times we received a Netflix security code on the tv for someone else to connect. Move on to the next hotel….
