Hôtel Le Paddock

The hotel itself was fantastic – clean, comfortable rooms, a great location, and the front desk staff were incredibly friendly and professional. Unfortunately, the restaurant was a completely different story. The staff didn’t speak any English, which made ordering nearly impossible, especially in an international hotel. On top of that, they were disorganized, slow, and quite rude, showing little interest in helping or understanding guests. It really brought down the overall experience. I would still recommend the hotel, but the management seriously needs to address the restaurant’s poor service and lack of basic English communication skills.

The room is very big and clean, comfortable beds, but they don’t have a fridge and the Air conditioning was out of work 😓 in the restaurant they are very confused with de plates but de food is good. The hotel's infrastructure is very old, it needs a good renovation

Update May 2025: The first review was done in May 2024, and it is a shame to see that nothing has changed in one year.. The hotel and the the room are good, it's definitely not a 4 stars but for the price it's OK. However, the restaurant was the same nightmare.. Long lead time to order, long lead time to get 4 beers and Un bottle of water, extremely long lead time to get the food.. We arrive at 20h, order at around 20h45 and got the food at 22h30.. Their excuse: "we have a lack of staff..".. I would say they have a lack of staff and the staff they have are incompetent.. My advise: sleep there, don't eat there This hotel is nice because it is about 2min away from Magny-Cours tracks. The food at the restaurant is quite good, too. However, when we were there, it was a disaster in term of organization in the restaurant. We had to wait a very long time before someone came to take our order, the food took ages to arrive and was wrong. Some people on other tables even left after the appetizers as they were here for at least 1 hour. Overall, stay there to sleep and go somewhere else to eat. I also think 4 stars is overrated as the quality is not here. I would say it's a 3 stars
