We spent two nights at Hôtel Le Relais Saint Charles and honestly, it was fantastic. The staff were all very friendly and helpful — you could tell they genuinely cared, which makes all the difference. The location is perfect. Close to everything we wanted to see, with the Eiffel Tower just a short walk away and metro access opposite. Very convenient without being in the thick of the tourist chaos. Our room was bigger than expected for Paris, really clean, and comfortable. Everything felt well taken care of, which we really appreciated. Overall, we were very impressed. Great service, great location, spotless rooms — we’ll absolutely stay here again next time we’re in Paris.
The hotel is wonderful. Nice rooms, convenient location. The receptionist, Alex is amazing. He gave us a map, told us where to go and how to start our tour, and was very attentive and helpful. I will definitely stay at this hotel next time😍😍😍
Air-conditioning is very strong! Great for the summer! Service animals stay for free, so we did not pay for our dog's stay. The price is more than fair considering the location and we stayed during peak season. It's right next to Dupleix train station which is only one stop away from the iconic Eiffel tower. Overall, a good stay in a lively part of town where restaurants and groceries are nearby.
