[reviewing spa only] My partner recently booked us a spa day with massages for our anniversary - and wow our experience truly exceeded expectations. We somehow had no idea we would get the entire wellness area to ourselves. Staff were friendly and helpful. The entire wellness area was immaculate. The views of Durbuy were beautiful. It was really a special day and we’re already chatting about a return to stay in the hotel itself! Thank you!
Upgraded delux room was nice but not overly luxurious. Decent breakfast. Variable restaurant choices. Valet service. Small wellness. Friendly staff. Dark hallways.
Very nice hotel, with excellent service from the staff. Everyone makes an effort to speak your language — whether it’s Dutch, English, or French. A billing mistake was corrected immediately. The rooms are beautiful, rather minimalistic and quite dark, but that’s clearly an architectural choice. The wellness area is top-notch, with a maximum of 6 guests. The hydro beds are incredibly relaxing, and the view from the jacuzzi is phenomenal. The hotel’s location is absolutely AAA. One small downside: the parking is a 5-minute walk from the hotel, so if you leave something in your car, it’s a bit inconvenient. Breakfast is very good — a bit crowded during peak hours, but that’s to be expected. Definitely recommended for a weekend getaway!
