Hôtel Le Y Saint Tropez

The hospitality from everyone at the front desk was impeccable - a level of service you just don’t find anymore. They made custom recommendations for us during our stay, assisted with reservations if needed, offered to organize taxis or transportation, and their recommendations for food and drink ultimately are what made our stay as lovely as it was! It would have been an entirely different trip without their help. 5 star service and 5 star accommodation as far as I’m concerned!

I had a lovely two night stay at Hotel Le Y. I was always greeted with kindness and helpfulness, and I would highly recommend it to others. The room was very clean and well-appointed. I especially enjoyed free water (both still and sparkling) provided and replenished in the room, and bowls of candies around the property to grab from. The free shuttle was so nice to have to the beaches, though I wish I could have booked sooner than 24 hours out. Additionally, the concierge was very helpful in securing reservations for me. The location is overall great in that it is accessible to cars and convenient to all of old town. That being said, the music at night was unbearable. There is a club on the back side of the building and the music was SO loud to late hours of the night. I also was a little disappointed that I was notified the day before I arrived that the pool at Le Yaca Was unavailable the only full day I had due to an event. As a crucial amenity, I would have liked to have seen a discount be offered or something. I also was very unclear about breakfast not being included…be aware as it is INCREDIBLE but also very expensive.

We loved our stay at Hotel Le Y! The location was perfect - close to the shops, restaurants and the port. The staff were lovely and very inviting. We got to use the incredible pool at the sister hotel which was a quick 2 minute walk. The only negative about the room was that there was not much light at night (just 2 lamps next to the beds) which made it harder to get ready for the evening, but other than that we had a perfect stay! We will definitely be back!
