Stayed here for two nights for La Rochelle v Munster. The hotel is perfect. Great location right on the port with nice bars next door and walking distance to everything. The hotel is spotless with nice welcoming friendly staff. Breakfast is great as well. I would highly recommend and will definitely return. The only possible bad word I would say is that there was a smell of stale smoke in my room.
The staff was very attentive and helpful. We received detailed information via email and through the hotel booking system regarding access to the unloading area and parking recommendations. English-speaking staff made communication easy. During check-in, we found out that there were ongoing renovations at the building's entrance, which caused some inconvenience. However, I believe everything will be great once the work is completed.
Great hotel with welcoming staff. The gem is the location. It's right on the marina which is packed with bars and restaurants. If you are flying in then it's only 20 minutes in a taxi from the airport. We loved this hotel.
