Food here and service was frankly appalling. The beef cheek was NOT the cut expected. The meat (more akin to shin) was cut into small pieces and was tough and full of gristle. But was it beef anyway? We stayed one night and the room was OK although the WC light was faulty and could not be switched off, which was annoying. Breakfast was probably the worst I have ever had in a French hotel. Service for Dinner and Breakfast was very poor. You have been warned.

Terrible experience - no sleep at all - music on the square behind the Hotel and bar just next to the front of hotel...!! How others can rate this hotel hogh - muet be hearing disabled ;) Worn down rooms - room 312 bathroom door can almost not close...! Booked same room class and type - but seriously as we had two (room 308 and 312) - not same at all - no help from front staff in hotel - the so called manager Mathieu could not help.... PLEASE don't book this hotel......

Subject: Concern Regarding Front-Desk Handling of an Important Rugby Ticket Dear L’Eautel Toulon Port Team, I would like to bring to your attention an unfortunate incident that occurred during our recent stay. A Castres Olympique player kindly left a quarter-final ticket for us at reception, addressed with our family name and room number. When we arrived to collect it, the receptionist was unable to locate the envelope. After an anxious search he finally discovered it—discarded in the waste-bin behind the desk. We were shocked that a clearly labelled, time-sensitive envelope had been thrown away. The player who left the ticket was equally surprised and disappointed when we informed him. This experience left us feeling that our belongings—and the goodwill of the player—were not treated with the care and respect one would expect from a hotel of your reputation. I hope you will review your procedures for handling guest items to ensure similar situations do not occur in future. Thank you for taking this matter seriously. We look forward to hearing how you intend to address it. Sincerely, TManagement
