Junior suite is beautiful, much different than other rooms. Nice terrace with a pool and a jacuzzi. Close to St. Tropez by car.

For the price of this place, this hotel is not worth it at all. First of all, we booked with AMEX points, and the hotel sent AMEX our confirmation number, but lost our reservation. They did not have our name or confirmation number, and it took days and hours of phone calls for even the AMEX team to get in touch and fix the problem. The hotel is 15-30 minutes drive from anything because of heavy traffic. I couldn’t get in touch with reception at night when I needed a blanket even though i heard someone moving around in the back room in the lobby. The rooms are small and not even that nice for what you’re paying. It’s just not worth it.

Absolutely terrible experience. I stayed at this hotel in August and they STILL owe me over 140€ deposit! Despite dozens of emails and calls since October, they ignore all communication and refuse to return my money. This is pure theft — they are nothing but thieves who steal guests’ deposits and think they can get away with it. Now, I have no choice but to escalate this through my lawyer and legal action is already being prepared. Aside from this, the hotel itself is disgusting — nothing like the photos. The rooms are dirty, full of mold, cockroaches and an overall terrible smell. The whole property looks old, neglected, and extremely unhygienic. Customer service is non-existent — they don’t care about guests once they have your money. Save yourself the disappointment and avoid this place at all costs! You will definitely hear from my lawyer soon.
