Hôtel Les Peupliers

I was fortunate to stay at your beautiful hotel, and I would love to share my experience. I haven’t attached any photos, as I mainly recorded videos for work purposes. I work in the tourism industry in Ukraine, with 16 years of experience, having visited dozens of countries and stayed in hundreds of hotels. Location: The hotel's location is excellent, especially in terms of transportation and proximity to the lift in Les Praz. Room: I stayed in a Superior Village room—an excellent choice. The bed, linens, and pillows were extremely comfortable. There were enough power outlets, and the bathroom had consistently hot water with well-regulated pressure. Everything was perfect. Food: Breakfast was quite good, though as a personal preference, I would love to see fresh vegetables added to the selection. I can’t imagine my diet without them, and I believe other guests might also appreciate this addition. Staff: The staff deserves a VIP rating—I haven’t encountered such warm and welcoming service in a long time! Everyone was always ready to assist, provide guidance, and greet guests with a smile. A special mention goes to housekeeping, which cleaned my room 2-3 times a day. While I personally didn’t need such frequent service, I truly appreciate this level of care—it's a testament to the hotel’s exceptionally high standards. A great hotel. Friendly staff at reception, basic but good clean rooms. The most delicious home made caramel shortbread biscuits in our room upon arrival was a very nice extra. Breakfast is good but could be improved with the offer of some fresh fruit on the buffet.

added: “I stayed at Les Peupliers and my experience was disappointing. Upon check-in, I inquired about booking a spa session, but was informed that it was fully booked for the day. I was told I could not reschedule or cancel my massage appointment, despite arriving hours before the scheduled time. Additionally, when I tried to cancel, I was informed that I would still be charged because the hotel had already stored my card details. There was no clear communication about the cancellation policy at the time of booking, which I found frustrating. After the massage, I was not allowed to use the shower facilities to remove the oil, which made the experience less comfortable. It’s disappointing that such basic expectations weren’t met. I hope the management addresses these issues to improve guest satisfaction.”
