Hôtel Les Suites du Montana by Les Etincelles

Absolutely wonderful stay here with my husband. Perfect for ski in/ski out. Great ski boot room with heated boot warmers. The free shuttle they offer in the evenings was was a perfect touch too - we go dropped and collected afterwards from restaurants! Staff so friendly, kind and welcoming - they were all brilliant. Thank you!

Perfect for a few days skiing being ski in and ski out with locker rooms. Good facilities, nice breakfast and dinner, rooms were very nice also with a fireplace. Only thing was the beds were a little hard but were ok. Staff were all very nice, we forgot to book a taxi and could not find one on the Sunday we left. Roman, one of the staff drove us herself. Much appreciated! Would stay again.

We had a great time and a very peaceful holiday at Les Suites. In particular the staff were fantastic, professional and friendly. Julie and her colleagues on reception were brilliant and all the restaurant staff were also very helpful and pleasant. There were a few issues that could be addressed to improve the Hotel. Some food was not hot enough and on a couple of nights the service took over 2 hours to complete. It felt like there was insufficient serving staff at times. The rooms were spacious and clean but would benefit from some minor repairs and freshening up. The spa was good but the tiles in the steam room have had a very makeshift repair and would look so much better if they were repaired to a better standard. Despite these things overall we had a great holiday and would definitely recommend the hotel......a very big thank you to all the staff for making our stay so enjoyable.
