It was a great experience staying here. I loved the neighborhood. Hotel was very comfortable. They provided tea, coffee, water etc. as a complimentary. Staff were very kind. Breakfast was fabulous. Only thing that I would mention is the bath was a bit small. But the rest was amazing.
Hotel was very stylish with the different art throughout. The location was perfect and had many little cafe and restaurants around to try. Short walk to metro. The rooms were well Decorated, the bed was very comfortable, bathroom was sleek and water pressure great. You had Nespresso machine which was great. I didn’t any problems so the only time I spoke with staff was check in and check out. However they were very friendly and welcoming. Would definitely stay again
Very clean, service tired their best. But after spending this much money you would expect better. They kept offering airport transportation, and when it came to the morning needing it, they couldn’t and told me it would be better to hail a cab down the street. Somehow my room was set to a heat mode which they could not turn off after 2 nights. Had to get a technician to come up to turn on the AC. Left the hotel is such a bitter state.
