Hôtel Mathis

The location of this Hotel is fantastic. Walk to all shopping districts and eateries. The staff while we met are all very nice and coffee at the cafe has one of the best coffee we had in Paris. Will definitely return and recommend.

I recommend visiting the hotel cafe. The reception by Mrs. Harriet and Mrs. Daria is wonderful and kind. They provide professional service and are keen to help meet the customer’s desire. The coffee tastes great and the sandwich is delicious.

We spent three nights at this hotel as a family for the Paris Marathon and overall left with a positive impression. In fact, if we come back again, we’d probably choose to stay here once more. If you're traveling with kids, I recommend booking the Junior Suite. The hotel’s location is excellent, and all the staff were incredibly kind and friendly. The rooms were generally very clean and well-maintained. For example, unlike many other places we’ve stayed, the Nespresso machine and kettle in the room were spotless and limescale-free :) The beds were quite comfortable and the sheets were perfectly clean. The only issue we had was the sound insulation between rooms — if you're a light sleeper, you might hear conversations or even the coffee machine from the neighboring room as if it were in your own. But if that doesn’t bother you, I think it’s a great hotel overall.
