Hotel was very lovely, staff were really helpful, polite and helped us find best areas within the area. Everyone was friendly and spoke our language.(English) Room was very clean and tidy, facilities were beautiful and they upgraded our room forward free of charge as we arrived! Breakfast lots of options and all was beautiful, area was lovely with a bit of traffic at night but overall beautiful with gorgeous views. Will definitely come back!
First time in this hotel and we absolutely loved it. David and the staff were so welcoming, friendly and helpful. Location very central with easy access to the Metro links. Just spent a fantastic few days and already looking at when we will visit again and stay at this lovely quaint, authentic, quiet, comfortable and totally fab hotel. 😁
Good experience at the hotel! Simple but cozy rooms, very helpful people at the reception. It’s not very well connected to the main attractions by public transport, but it it’s still manageable. We recommend staying at hotel Mercedes!
