The hotel is very clean and the staff is kind and respectful. In the pictures the rooms are a bit nicer, but they still look very good. I had an issue at the shower, kept leaking on the floor. I believe it's a known problem, so it needs to be fixed. Overall, great breakfast, very clean, great bed, nice location. Recommend
Well located and excellent room except for the air conditioner. The breakfast is top, very good, the room is excellent, the staff is always in good mood and in general the hotel is great, but there are two points to remark for improvement. 1. The air conditioning does not work properly. It was warm, because we stayed there during summer time and the air conditioner simply made some noise but afterwards nothing happened, I guess it was defective, the room was not cooldown as we would wanted it to be to rest properly after a long trip. 2. the parking is to narrow and cars struggle to pass and park.
The hotel is quiet and located near a metro stop. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is environmentally focused. The AC was set at 22C which was a bit warm for us. They also do not use single use plastic. The downside is that you cannot take water to drink while exploring. Breakfast is copious and good.
