Hôtel Mercure Marne la Vallée Bussy St Georges

Lovely hotel with very nice service. Rooms are clean and spacious. The proximity to the train is ideal. The down sides are very hard mattresses and there is not much to do/eat in the area.

The hotel is ok. A bit closer to the higher range limit but still affordable. I guess, you have to pay a premium for proximity to Disneyland. Service is strange. Staff is not highly cooperative but, again, they have to deal with a bunch of young parkgoers and it's probably not an easy job. Still, they would benefit from improving their communication. We could not get to a garage and had to park outside and go to the reception and ask for directions and a code. Also, be ready that there can be not enough food during breakfast. We had to wait for a free table and then after we got seated there wasn't much left to eat. So, if you have plans early in the morning better be first to the breakfast area. There was some smell in the hallways but not so terrible as some of the guests commented. Also, windows are not soundproof. Again, depending on circumstances it can be ok but if your room faces the street and you want to have quiet sleep you better bring your earplugs. The biggest advantage of this hotel is it's proximity to the train station.

This is an ok standard hotel for a Mercure, which was reasonably priced. It was clean and the beds were of good standard. The rooms were a little tired. The air conditioning could be much better for the summer. Nice bar with selection of beers. Good location near the station.
