Good location for a business trip to the surrounding industry. Otherwise no. Hotel is clean, well equipped and decorated with taste. It gives a cozy feeling. Breakfast was satisfactory and varied. Overall a good experience and in line with the Mercure standards.
We booked a family bedroom and unfortunately it was dirty (lots of hair on the floor) and the bottles of soap in the bathroom were not enough filled in. In addition to that we had an air conditioning issue which left the room extremely cold. The staff told us it was a general issue and we had to keep up with that for our two nights. However, I will highlight the kindness of the staff. I do not recommend this hotel.
We booked a room for 2 double beds and when we walked in our room there was only one bed, was told to set up sofa bed by myself so went back and forth to reception for all the linens and more towels which are closer to rags. After all settled we found out that ac is not working so our nice reception guy after couple try he was able to locate a room that has a working ac. Called the reception in the morning to see if they have an iron and phone was answered by reception with so much attitude and of course this place don’t have to iron so think twice if you’re planning to stay here for a business trip. So far this place is been a disaster, I have travelled so many countries and stayed at different hotels so far this has been our worst experience. Would never stay at this hotel chain again.
