Hôtel Mercure Paris Pont de Levallois Neuilly

Oh my! Look no further! This place is just awesome. I rarely ever give 5-star reviews, but they really deserve it, they really do! I don't want to brag, but I have visited a few prestigious hotels around the globe, and I must say that such a high standard of service quality is pretty rare. Even in luxurious and much more expensive places, it is not easy to find such genuine dedication to help, assist and please the guests. And always with a huge smile! I mean, this is Paris we are talking about!! Yet only high end palaces can pride themselves with such fine and extremely friendly, pleasant and professional personnel. In short, if you want to be welcomed with a smile and get incredible service from an outstanding staff, this is THE place, trust me on this one!

I had a wonderful stay at the Paris Pont de Levallois Neuilly hotel. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the staff truly made the difference. A special thank you to Ousmane at the front desk—he was incredibly kind, helpful, and always had a smile on his face. And a big shoutout to Mona for her attentiveness and positive energy. They both made my stay memorable. Highly recommend this hotel!

Great hotel, good staff. Clean rooms. This is a no nonsense hotel for business related stay. I would recommend this hotel 10/10. Metro is nearby, Eiffel tower takes few minutes. Nice stay. Thanks.
