We were very pleased with our stay at the hotel. Having two separate rooms connected by a door, each with comfortable real beds (not sofa beds), was a significant plus. The only issue that bothered me was the sliding door that either closed off the bathroom or the toilet, but not both at the same time. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.
I really enjoyed my stay, I was not looking forward to it as I was coming from Duisburg and I was staying at Mercury Hotel and the stay there was not good at all, AC not working and noisy. All and all I believe this branch deserves 5 stars the staff and very friendly and cooperative🫶
The hotel is beautiful, the service is excellent, everything is just perfect, and cleanliness is truly a priority. Thank you Mercure team
