The view is great on the river side. Normally a good hotel but this time the water heater didn't work so we couldn't shower before sleeping😩. We did expect at least an apology or some sort of little consolidation but there was nothing.
Like other reviews, it’s quiet old and not usual Mercure standard. The staffs are very nice. They collected garbage right infront of the hotel in the morning at 7 am during our stay and it woke us up from our sleep.
The stay was extremely unpleasant. The air conditioning wasn't functioning, there was no toilet paper, and the window was broken, preventing me from opening it to cool down the room. When I brought these issues to the attention of the reception, they simply brushed it off by saying the air conditioning wasn't turned on yet. It was a truly terrible experience.
