Location is fantastic, breakfast is superb, but staff is what sets this hotel apart though. Everyone is very attentive and helpful. Food at hotel restaurant is also top notch. Pool area is super nice for kids. We will definitely be back.
Beautiful hotel and excellent staff especially Marieke, the all-star concierge who set us up with many amazing activities. We stayed in the Junior Suite with balcony which was beautiful, spacious and looked out onto Mont Blanc. The hotel itself is less than a minute walk to the main downtown area, but somehow manages to feel like it’s in its own neighborhood. Also the cookie dessert at the restaurant is out of this world.
My stay at Hotel Mont-Blanc – Chamonix We arrived at the hotel and were welcomed by Mr. Enzo with absolute respect and professionalism. He was super helpful and made sure every little detail was perfect for us. He didn’t leave until he was sure we were completely satisfied and comfortable.
