We had a great stay at this very clean and well-maintained hotel. The warm indoor pool was a lovely feature and perfect for relaxing. Breakfast was simple but had everything we needed nothing extravagant, but just right to start the day. The kids especially enjoyed the arcade area, which was conveniently just a few steps away from the main building. The only minor downside is the nearby train. It passes occasionally mostly in the morning and once during the night but it wasn’t loud enough to disturb our sleep or impact our stay in any significant way. Overall, a great experience for families.

Check in was quick and easy. The room was clean and spacious. The bed was on the harder side but quite comfortable. The soaps and shampoo and conditioner in the shower were very nice and did a really good job. They smelled nice. They give you two towels to shower with and one towel for your hands and that's it. There were no face cloths. There are not enough elevators to serve the place, meaning we waited 5 or more minutes for an elevator. The hot tub was not even warm. The breakfast did not taste good The eggs tasted like boiled milk. No bacon. Sausage was okay but undercooked for me. Coffee maker in the room mostly just made a mess everywhere and there was no tea. Great location, really nice view from the rooftop patio. Lovely hotel and worth staying again.

The hotel’s location is excellent, close to many attractions, restaurants, and shops. However, the hotel itself feels outdated, with a noticeable musty smell of mold or humidity in some areas. The beds were uncomfortable, which affected the quality of my sleep. Additionally, the showerhead holder in my room was broken, which was inconvenient. The elevator wait times were excessively long, often making it faster to take the stairs, especially when heading down.
