Hôtel National Resort & Spa

Excellent place to stay - has all the amenities for relaxing (sauna, steam room (Hamam), jacuzzi, pool, etc.), rooms are extremely clean and well maintained. Staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful - they really go out of their way to make you feel at home. Breakfast is good quality food. Well located for hiking. Some tiny details that need to be fixed here and there but nothing that hinders the experience. Totally recommend!

Absolutely wonderful hotel in Champéry. The room was large, comfortable and immaculately clean with two huge balconies with amazing views. The spa and swimming pool were great, particularly the heated outdoor infinity pool with views of the mountains. Breakfast was delicious - lots to choose from and all very high quality products. I’m looking forward to going back!

I booked for a day in the spa as an external customer with my partner looking for a relaxing day, ones there we realised that despite the spa policy restricting access to adults hotel guests are welcome to bring in children and let them run around jumping and splashing around the jacuzzi. We kindly asked staff to tell the other guests to keep the noise down but nothing was done. As we left we talked to reception, a slight apology from staff but they told us it was normal during school holidays for hotel guests to bring kids into the spa. The access was quite expensive and to be told that’s just the way it is is not very professional. Left feeling disappointed by the service for a place with such a high rating.
