Really enjoyed staying here. Stayed for almost a week and everything was good. The place was clean, and the bed was super comfy. The location is excellent — we could conveniently reach the airport via RER B. The surrounding area has restaurants and a pharmacy. The breakfast options were also sufficient. There was some noise from cars and sirens at night. The elevator fits one person with luggage or two people without. Overall, good value for money — recommended!
I’m usually pretty generous when reviewing hotels but this hotel did not live up to expectations. The location is excellent, near bus stops and near the Luxembourg Gardens. The room was spacious enough for two people, the beds were comfortable, and luckily we had working hot showers unlike the other reviews. However, some details were just off- the elevator is extremely small so we had to use the stairs all the time, the toilet was in a separate tiny, closet-like room, and didn’t have basic amenities like slippers for the price they were charging. The worst thing is that they lock the main doors at night, there was no clear sign of a doorbell for the staff, and no one in the reception was watching the door. Our river cruise ended quite late and we were locked outside while it was cold and raining, and had to knock on the door for quite a while until the staff finally noticed us. Definitely not how I wanted our day to end. All in all our stay was not the worst, but would not book this hotel again.
Absolutely unacceptable experience. I booked two rooms and neither had working A/C in the middle of a heatwave. When I complained, I was told the hotel is “eco-friendly” as an excuse. Eco-friendly? More like guest-unfriendly. The rooms were boiling, easily over 30°C, and felt like ovens. Completely unbearable. Opening the windows wasn’t a solution either unless you enjoy the sound of traffic roaring past all night. The hotel sits on a noisy main road, so sleeping with the windows open was impossible. This is not “sustainable hospitality” it’s just poor service and terrible planning. Avoid this place if you value basic comfort.
