Hôtel Oceania Le Jura Dijon

The service from the staff, and cleanliness were very good. The breakfast also was very good. We loved how close the hotel was to the center of the old city and the train station. Our main complaint is that the bed was VERY very firm and the pillows did not offer enough support. While everything was very clean, it was noticeable that there are some renovations needed in the building especially in the pool/spa area. For this reason I feel that I overpaid slightly for our room.

We stayed one night here. The hotel was very nice. Right near old town. It was a bit tricky to find it, but with the guidance of Nicolas we made it just fine. Nicolas upgraded our room. It was spacious, clean and very nice. The hotel said that it had a petite breakfast, much to our surprise there was nothing petite about it. It was delicious. Nicolas went out of his way to insure our stay was pleasant. He even highlighted a map of old town for us which was exactly helpful. Highly recommend this hotel in Dijon

We had reserved a deluxe room and hoped for a good experience. However it was not and good experience at all. The pool area is very dangerous and despite taking every caution and noting the signs, I slipped and fell. I hurt my wrist, back and hip and it was very traumatic and painful. The staff was apologetic and offered me ice. However I feel I should have been given a discount of some sort. It was extremely upsetting and for the price we paid for a deluxe room, I felt they should have considered a discount. Very disappointing and still very bruised and sore.
