Very beautiful hotel! Clean and close to everything! Our French was weak and one of the young ladies working at front desk did not feel comfortable talking care of us so we had to wait for other host. It was a bit uncomfortable feeling, but I guess I should brush up on my French ;) Other than that, we enjoyed our stay! Trois-Rivieres is a quaint city and worth the visit!!
If you like paying to park 1 kilometre away and a rude receptionist, this place is for you!! My last day I got a call from the receptionist telling me I had to put my parking card in a box as I was leaving, no problem, but she didn’t tell me I had to do it before a certain time which was impossible because I was on a work trip and couldn’t do it in time. So when I got to the hotel to retrieve my earbuds she was talking very rudely saying I missed the deadline and in order to get my earphones back I would have to comeback from the parking lot and bring it back to her. Definitely not staying here next year.
Really good for festivoix in terms of distance. Price for quality is horrible . I would recommend taking an extra 10 minute walk and taking another hotel
