Very quiet and peaceful place. Staff and manager are very friendly. The rooms are modern and cosy. They have amazing airconditioning. If you are searching for quiet and peace go here. Sometimes the hotel could need a bit of extra vibrent energy, but overall a perfect place to stay for max 1 week.

I chose this hotel specifically for the availability of a gym, but there were many strings attached for a solo traveler. I could access the gym from 8:00-9:00AM - no alternative time slot was given. Even though I was willing to pay for the gym, I was not given the option, because there's a MINIMUM of two paying guests for the spa/gym. When I asked if it was possible to access at a later time, I got a sigh and an eye roll from the manager, at which point I said "never mind" and walked off. I contacted Booking customer service to let them know that the fitness center was essentially nonexistent for a solo guest, which makes the listing misleading. The next day, another person - I assume the owner - came to quite literally and loudly berate me at the pool in front of other guests for contacting Booking customer service. They also yelled at me that they'd pack my bags and move them to the cheaper room. I told them to go for it, but it never happened. It was all quite embarrassing tbh. Long story short - yes, there is a gym on the premises, but you won't have access as a solo paying guest, (besides one hour in the morning). I was willing to pay extra for access, but not for two people. And their policy is clear: access ONLY for a minimum of two paying guests. I don't usually write hotel reviews, but want to make sure other potential guests are aware of the misleading mention of a gym and the treatment you might receive when you dare to complain. As a final note, please read all online reviews from other travelers carefully, you'll find that outbursts like these are not all that uncommon. Picture of the hotel policy attached, just so you know I’m not making it up, (as the hotel called me a liar in response to my review on Booking)🤷‍♂️
